Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the 100+ cannabinoids found in cannabis and has been the subject of much research due to its many and varied medical applications and there are a number of health benefits of CBD oil. But it’s not only its therapeutic attributes that have sparked such widespread interest in CBD in recent years. The compound is also nonpsychoactive (meaning it does not produce the ‘high’ associated with cannabis use), making it a safe and effective option for patients who may be concerned about the mind-altering effects of other cannabinoids such as THC.
Oils that are CBD dominant are referred to as CBD oils. However, the exact concentrations and ratio of CBD to THC can vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Regardless, CBD oils have been shown to offer a range of health benefits that could potentially improve the quality of life for patients around the world.
Here are just five of the key health benefits of CBD oils: Read More
Rose design tutorial
This rose design tutorial illustrates one of the ways you can embellish your dress for a beautiful finish.
These days the value of designs we make is not quantified only by the cost of the fabric but by the cost of the trimmings stone or embellishments used to decorate your fabric. This rose design is one of such embellishments that can give your dress a superb finish.

Two-step flare dress illustrated
Lecture Time: Two-step flare dress illustrated
This is an amazing design. It’s very simple to make. Depending on your size you will need about 3 to 4 yards of fabric. Follow the explanations and illustrations below.
I recommend this project for intermediate sewers because I believe by this stage of sewing the can comfortably construct their basic skirt block as well as their basic bodice
The exact added elements in this style is the 2 step flare on the neck through shoulder as well as the 2 step flare added to the hemline to increase the length and create design detail.
Nigerian Fashion Trends
Nigeria Fashion Trends. These days the value of designs we make is not quantified only by the cost of the fabric but by the cost of the trimmings stone or embellishments used to decorate your fabric.
The fabric is practically just a carrier of the designs elements you decide to use.
Many fully made dresses are made with fabric worth just 4k but the design on it can go as high as 300k or more if that’s what you want.
its the new trend in fashion. Not the use of fabric but the use of accessories. To up your fashion game make sure you are dishing out designs that shows off your creative with accessories.
Follow the illustrations below to make this overlap blouse which I made with a lovely leopard print design fabric.
I made it about 3 years ago and though hardly wear it anytime I do it such is a stunner.✌😁

Straight fitted dress with crinoline detailed back
It’s lecture time again.👩🎓👗This time we would be looking at this lovely straight fitted dress with crinoline detailed back.
It was made with 3.5 yards of pink lace and 4.5 yards of bridal satin. The crinoline was the 2-inch version.
We cut the bodice as a tube with the bridal satin and full bodice with the net part of the lace.
For the skirt, we cut it as straight pencil and attached the back details to it.
To create the back details we cut 3 semi-circles and attached all three together. The same thing was done with the lining part which was also bridal satin. We then attached the crinoline to the middle part of the design. Lastly, we placed it carefully on the waist making sure the zip was not disturbed.
You know that feeling that your next dress is the best dress. Then once you wear it out one time it becomes an old dress? Well here is something you can do to such dresses with style adaptation.
You can change the way the dress is used. Like turning it into a blouse and simply use a skirt with the blouse. The remaining fabric can then be used to sew something new.😁
Many of us never use the same dress to another big event after we have worn it to a previous one anyway. So why not make use of the fabric in a different way?
Female ‘Agbada’ inspired look
This female ‘agbada’ inspired look is actually a fabulous design. I recently made it on request for a client. Now as simple as it is to make I can say clearly that it can be made to be as expensive as you desire it to be when you design the front block or front and back block.
Just imagine you embellish it with stones worth over 500k or more, as far as your account can go. Then you are talking about a really fashionable design. It is beyond just the cuts all the way to the additions you add to increase the total value of the outfit 😉
